How To Create a Cozy Spring Feature Wall

Create a cozy spring display with a vintage bunny clock, soft florals, and Easter accents for warm seasonal décor.

There’s something magical about seasonal decorating especially when spring arrives with its soft colors, fresh blooms, and gentle reminders of renewal. One of the most charming ways to welcome the season is with a vintage-style bunny rabbit wall clock, surrounded by cheerful spring accents that bring ambiance and warmth to your home.

This clock isn’t just functional it’s a piece of art. The gentle rabbit illustration, nestled among pastel florals and intricately patterned Easter eggs, evokes a sense of nostalgia and whimsy. Mounted on a soft smoky blue wall, it becomes the centerpiece of a spring vignette that feels both curated and cozy.

How to Create Your Own Easter Clock Display

Start by choosing a wall space that could use a seasonal refresh perhaps above a shelf, sideboard, or entryway table. Paint the wall a soft smoky blue or dusty periwinkle to echo the tones found in spring foliage and Easter decor. This subtle backdrop allows your bunny clock to shine while adding depth and tranquility to the space.

Next, style the shelf beneath the clock with spring-themed accents. A trip to your local craft store Ike Hobby Lobby or other craft store will offer everything you need:

  • Silk Yellow Tulips: Choose a ceramic or speckled pitcher to hold a few stems. Their bright color adds instant cheer.
  • Potted Silk Daffodils: These bring height and texture to your display. Look for pots with soft ridges or natural finishes.
  • Easter Eggs: Scatter a few decorative eggs in pastel shades or floral patterns. Nestle them in a small bird’s nest or place them beside your florals.
  • Ceramic Rabbit Figurine: A glossy mint green or soft white bunny adds a playful touch and ties in with the clock’s theme.
  • Optional Touches: Add a folded baby blanket in a woven basket or tuck a small spring-themed box nearby for extra storage and softness.

Why This Display Works

This vignette blends vintage charm with seasonal freshness. The clock’s artwork sets the tone gentle, storybook-like, and full of personality. The floral accents and Easter touches create a layered look that feels intentional but effortless. And the smoky blue wall? It’s the secret ingredient that makes every detail pop.

Whether you’re decorating a nursery, a hallway, or a cozy corner of your living room, this bunny rabbit clock display brings ambiance, warmth, and a touch of springtime magic. It’s proof that seasonal decor doesn’t have to be loud it can be soft, soulful, and deeply personal.

Vintage Lilac Elegant Spring Paper Plate

Whether you're hosting a spring tea, bridal luncheon, or Mother's Day celebration, this lilac-themed paper plate brings vintage charm and floral grace to your table. Available in dessert, dinner, and bowl sizes

The Story Behind the Design

This isn’t just a printed plate it’s a handcrafted visual experience. The vintage lilac flowers began as original watercolor illustrations, each one carefully cut out and arranged into a bouquet. The final composition was compressed to resemble a photograph, giving the plate a lifelike depth and softness. A lavender border was added to echo the lilac tones, and a delicate gold filigree illustration frames the design, lending a timeless, heirloom feel.

Let’s Create a Decoupaged Table with Woodland Charm

Every home has that table the one that’s perfectly fine but not exactly inspiring. The one that holds coffee mugs, mail, and maybe a cat who believes it was handcrafted exclusively for them. Today, that table gets a glow‑up. And not just any glow‑up a woodland‑inspired, spring‑kissed, cottage‑core transformation starring your watercolor fawn tissue paper. Today, we fix that.

Let’s roll up our sleeves (or push them up stylishly, no judgment) and transform an ordinary coffee table into a woodland‑inspired showpiece using your watercolor fawn tissue paper. It’s cozy, cottage‑core, and just whimsical enough to make guests say, “Wait… did you make that?”

This project is simple, soothing, and just crafty enough to make you feel like the hero of your own DIY show. Let’s turn that humble coffee table into a piece that whispers, “Yes, I frolic in the forest on weekends.”

Materials You’ll Need

  • A whitewashed antique coffee table (or any wooden table ready for its moment)
  • Watercolor tissue paper featuring a fawn and wildflowers
  • Mod Podge (matte or gloss follow your heart)
  • Foam brush or soft bristle brush
  • Scissors or craft knife
  • Ruler or measuring tape
  • Clear acrylic sealer (optional but fancy)
  • Moss planter with purple phlox (for styling magic)
  • Small spring decorations: ceramic bunny, pastel eggs, bird’s nest

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Table

Give your table a quick spa day. Wipe away dust, oils, and any mysterious crumbs. If the center area feels a little too glossy, lightly sand it so the Mod Podge can grip like it means it.

2. Measure and Frame

Measure the center of the table and mark off a neat rectangle for your artwork. Painter’s tape works beautifully here it’s like training wheels for straight lines. You can also add a wooden frame later for that “I totally planned this” finish.

3. Apply the Mod Podge

Brush a thin, even layer of Mod Podge onto the marked area. Gently lay your tissue paper over it, smoothing from the center outward. Think of it like tucking in a baby deer gentle, patient, no wrinkles.

4. Seal the Surface

Let the first layer dry for about 15–20 minutes. Then add another coat of Mod Podge on top to seal it in. Once dry, repeat if you want extra durability or if you simply enjoy the meditative brush‑stroke moment.

5. Add the Frame

Attach a simple wooden border around the artwork using wood glue or small nails. This gives your table a polished, inset look like a tiny art gallery right in your living room.

6. Style the Table

Now the fun part. Place your moss planter with blooming purple phlox off to one side. Add a ceramic bunny, pastel eggs, or a sweet little bird’s nest. Just keep the artwork visible your fawn deserves the spotlight.

Final Touch

Step back and admire your creation. You’ve just turned an ordinary table into a woodland storybook moment soft, charming, and ready for spring gatherings, Easter displays, or everyday delight.

A Ribbon That Brings Springtime Joy to Every Gift

Celebrate spring with this charming Easter egg and tulip ribbon perfect for gift wrapping, kids’ crafts, and DIY décor. Discover creative ways to use this cheerful ribbon to brighten your home and delight all ages.

There’s something magical about spring the soft pastel colors, the fresh blooms, and the excitement of Easter morning. That’s exactly the feeling this watercolor ribbon captures. With its cheerful Easter egg print and bright red tulip florals', it’s a must-have for anyone who loves seasonal crafting, especially families with young children.

I designed this ribbon to feel like a breath of fresh spring air. The eggs are painted in gentle shades of yellow, blue, and pink, nestled among painterly tulips and daffodils. It’s playful, sweet, and full of nostalgic charm. Whether you’re wrapping Easter gifts, decorating baskets, or crafting springtime wreaths, this ribbon adds a joyful touch that delights all ages even the young at heart.

I especially love how this ribbon transforms a simple gift into something truly special. Wrap it around pastel pink paper for a soft, storybook look, or pair it with kraft paper for a rustic, farmhouse feel. It’s perfect for Easter morning surprises, classroom treats, or spring birthday parties. And if you’re decorating with little ones, they’ll be enchanted by the colorful egg pattern—it’s like a mini Easter hunt right on the ribbon!

Beyond gift wrapping, this ribbon is wonderful for DIY projects. Tie it around mason jars, weave it into wreaths, or use it to embellish handmade cards. It’s sturdy enough for crafting but soft enough to tie beautiful bows. I’ve even used it to decorate our Easter tree, and the effect was pure springtime magic.

Another fun way to use this ribbon is to wrap and glue it around a simple Dollar Tree vase. Just measure and cut enough ribbon to cover the entire surface, then glue it in place for a cheerful spring makeover. Fill the finished vase with red tulips and you’ve got an instant centerpiece that feels fresh, festive, and full of heart. It’s a quick craft that’s perfect for kids to help with and the results are absolutely charming.

Whether you’re crafting with your children, decorating for Easter brunch, or simply looking to add a little seasonal joy to your home, this ribbon is a beautiful way to celebrate spring. It’s a small detail with big personality and it’s sure to bring smiles wherever it’s used.
